Engineering Drawing & Quotation Preparation Executive

Location: Okhla, Delhi

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and modify engineering/technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, specifications and BOMs.
- Prepare customer quotations, estimates and cost sheets.
- Calculate material quantities and prepare BOQ based on drawings.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchase and Sales teams.
- Revise drawings and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Maintain drawing, quotation and project documentation.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, quantities, pricing and specifications.
- Prepare quotations using MS Excel and maintain quotation records.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of BOM, BOQ and material estimation.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing/engineering processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
