- Answer phones and book reservations based on system availability.
- Upsell tickets by recommending premium seating or VIP options.
- Process online reservations and update system records.
- Follow prescribed sales scripts while adapting presentations based on success/failure ratios.
- Capture customer information for future follow-ups.
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.
- Identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
- Retain and grow existing business through proactive engagement.

Client Service & Support

- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth integration of services.




- Advocate for timely, cost-effective service delivery.
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries.
- Assist clients in living independently by scheduling appointments, answering calls, and tracking service records.
- Monitor ongoing services and stay updated on recent or discontinued offerings.
- Evaluate service quality and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with service engineers to plan and resolve customer issues.
- Share service quotes based on incident updates from engineers.
