Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Find and acquire new hotel, restaurant, café, and caterer (HoReCa) clients.
• Relationship Management: Build strong ties with key decision-makers like chefs and purchase managers.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Product Demos: Conduct presentations, tastings, or product sampling.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
• Payments: Follow up on invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and customer feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven B2B or field sales experience, ideally in the food, beverage, FMCG, or hospitality sectors.
• Skills: Solid communication, negotiation, and local language proficiency.
