Academic Counsellor
? Key Responsibilities
- ? Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries professionally.
- ? Guide students through the complete admission and application process.
- ? Assist with documentation, applications, and eligibility requirements.
- ? Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- ? Provide accurate information on courses, universities, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- ? Maintain student records and update the CRM/database regularly.
- ? Achieve admission targets and contribute to team success.
