Job SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on WordPress Developer & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and maintain our e-commerce website, create high-converting landing pages, and manage Google Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce, website management, landing page development, Google Ads, and basic digital analytics.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWordPress & E-CommerceManage, maintain, and update the company's WordPress/WooCommerce e-commerce website.
- Add and update products, pricing, images, descriptions, categories, attributes, and inventory.
- Create and manage landing pages for products, campaigns, offers, and marketing initiatives.
- Optimize website pages for speed, usability, mobile responsiveness, and conversions.
- Manage WordPress themes, plugins, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve website issues related to checkout, product pages, payment gateways, forms, and other e-commerce functionality.
- Coordinate with developers/agencies for advanced technical requirements when required.
- Ensure website content and product information remain accurate and up to date.
- Google Ads & Performance MarketingPlan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and remarketing campaigns as required.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns based on sales, leads, and profitability.
- Manage product feeds and troubleshoot issues related to Google Merchant Center.
- Monitor conversion tracking and coordinate implementation of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actions to improve results.
- Website & Marketing SupportWork closely with the marketing team to launch new campaigns, offers, and product promotions.




- Create campaign landing pages based on marketing requirements.
- Implement basic on-page SEO practices.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify broken links, outdated content, technical issues, and conversion opportunities.
- Analyse website and advertising data to improve customer acquisition and online sales.
- Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with WordPress & WooCommerce.
- Ability to independently create and modify landing pages.
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS; basic JavaScript/PHP knowledge will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
- Understanding of e-commerce conversion funnels and tracking.
- Good knowledge of website performance and basic SEO.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Preferred ExperienceExperience managing a high-volume e-commerce website.
- Experience with WooCommerce, payment gateways, shipping integrations, product feeds, and third-party plugins.
- Experience running Google Ads for e-commerce businesses.
- Experience with Elementor / WPBakery / similar WordPress page builders.
- Experience with Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
