- Manpower Management: Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower effectively to ensure timely completion of vehicle maintenance and repair activities.
- Breakdown Management: Monitor vehicle breakdowns, coordinate immediate response, diagnose issues, arrange required spares and manpower, and ensure the vehicle is restored to service with minimum downtime.
