Role Overview:
This role involves handling client communication, follow-ups, call bookings, and converting leads into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound client calls professionally
- Build strong relationships with potential clients
- Follow up with leads regularly
- Schedule and manage call bookings
- Convert leads into sales
- Maintain proper client communication and records
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or client handling
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory)
- Robust convincing and closing skills
- Dedicated, disciplined, and result-oriented
- Takes full ownership & responsibility of work
- Ability to handle clients with confidence
