Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning needs.
- Recommend the right NSA program based on their aspirations and eligibility.
- Explain course details, certification benefits, career opportunities, fee structure, and enrollment process.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents by addressing their queries and providing accurate guidance.




- Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and student interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Stay updated on NSA programs and industry trends to provide the best career guidance.

Preferred Candidate

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Admissions, or EdTech Sales.
- Freshers with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about helping students build successful careers.
