Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists.
- Handle inbound queries and deliver accurate product details.
- Qualify leads and route interested prospects to the sales team.
- Update customer records and call notes daily in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and conversion targets.
