About the Role

Glowing Digital is looking for a performance-driven SEO Executive with practical experience in managing SEO campaigns and improving organic search visibility. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of executing SEO strategies across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and website audits
- Optimize website structure, content, meta tags and internal linking
- Plan and execute ethical link-building and off-page activities
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic and overall SEO performance
- Identify technical and content-related SEO issues and recommend solutions
- Track performance through Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools
- Prepare accurate SEO reports and maintain campaign documentation




- Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console and GA4
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog or similar
- Understanding of search intent, keyword mapping and competitor research
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred
