Job Responsibilities• Provide sales and administrative support to the in-office insurance team.

• Make telecalling calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Generate leads and follow up with customers regarding insurance products.

• Assist sales executives in customer coordination and follow-up activities.

• Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about insurance products.





• Coordinate with customers and the internal team for quotations, documents, and policy-related requirements.

• Maintain proper records of customer calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

• Handle regular office coordination and other support activities.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Candidates with experience in Insurance,

Banking, Mutual Funds, Loans, or Financial Services will be

preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with telecalling and customer follow-up.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.

• Married female candidates are preferred for this position.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and the internal sales team.
