We are looking for an HR Manager with 3+ years of experience, preferably with strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring along with day-to-day HR operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Drive recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Handle employee engagement, attendance, leave, and HR-related queries.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment MIS.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.
- Support performance management and other HR initiatives.
- Requirements3+ years of HR experience, with strong recruitment experience.
- Valuable understanding of end-to-end hiring and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring requirements.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in fintech/startup environments is an added advantage.
