- Service Coordinator – Job DescriptionCoordinate between company, customers, service engineers, OEMs and service partners for smooth service operations.
- Handle and monitor all UPS & Battery service calls, breakdown complaints and preventive maintenance requirements.
- Register service complaints, assign them to the concerned service engineer and ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Follow up with service engineers for site visits, troubleshooting, spare parts/battery requirements and complaint status.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules, site visits, installation, commissioning, battery replacement and maintenance activities.
- Maintain complete records of UPS & Battery installed base, warranty status, service history and AMC details.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to complaints, pending calls, resolved calls, engineer visits, AMC and other service activities.
- Track open/pending complaints and regularly follow up with the concerned team until final closure.
- Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical support, spare parts, batteries and replacement materials whenever required.
- Maintain proper documentation of Service Reports, Installation Reports, Warranty/AMC records,



Complaint Closure Reports and Customer Feedback.
- Ensure timely communication and escalation of critical or unresolved complaints to management.
- Support the sales team by providing service history, installed base details, warranty/AMC status and customer service information whenever required.
- Coordinate for AMC renewals, preventive maintenance visits and service schedules.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other service-related coordination and reporting activities as assigned by management.
- Key Skills RequiredGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email and basic MIS reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple customers and service engineers simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of Online UPS, Batteries, AMC and after-sales service will be preferred.
- Experience in UPS, Battery, Electrical/Electronics or Power Backup industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to maintain proper records and work under pressure.
