Hiring: Accountant – Scaffolding HubPosition: Accountant
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
Location: Scaffolding Hub
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally
- Manage and update Excel reports and MIS
- Handle customer payment follow-ups and collection tracking
- Record and manage staff attendance
- Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase and sales entries
- Manage vendor payments and account reconciliations
- Maintain GST-related records and other financial documentation
- Assist in inventory and stock record management
- Support business planning, reporting, and administrative operations
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth workflow
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of GST, accounting principles, and bookkeeping
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
- Prior experience of 1–3 years preferred
