Role OverviewThe Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the mall cleaning operations, ensuring hygiene standards across office workstations, managers’ cabins. The role requires effective team supervision, complaint handling, and reporting to management.

- Key Responsibilities Mall Cleanliness Maintenance
- Supervise daily cleaning of mall internal areas, corridors, food courts, and restrooms.
- Ensure office workstations and managers’ cabins are maintained to high standards.
- Team Supervision
- Lead and monitor housekeeping staff across shifts.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Complaint Handling
- Address employee and guest concerns promptly.
- Attend helpline call requests and ensure timely closure.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain checklists, registers,



and records of housekeeping activities.
- Submit daily/weekly reports to management.
- Reporting
- Directly report to the Mall Manager and escalate issues when required.
- Compensation & BenefitsGross Salary: ₹22,000/- per month
- Facilities: ESI, PF, Bonus
- Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience in mall housekeeping supervision or Hospitals, or IT companies,or any facility managment company.
- Ability to manage staff and resolve complaints effectively.
- Knowledge of housekeeping SOPs and safety standards.
- Hindi language proficiency will be considered an added advantage for communication.
