*Job Title: Picking & Loading Associate / Warehouse Worker*

*Job Description:*

We are hiring *Picking & Loading Associates* for our warehouse/logistics operations. The role involves handling daily warehouse activities including order picking, packing, inventory management, and loading/unloading of goods to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Order Picking*: Pick items accurately from warehouse racks as per order sheets, pick lists, or WMS system

- *Packing & Scanning*: Pack items safely, label them, and scan barcodes for inventory tracking

- *Loading & Unloading*: Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles carefully to avoid damage

- *Inventory Management*: Check stock levels, report shortages/damages, and keep warehouse organized

- *Quality Check*: Ensure correct quantity, quality, and packaging before dispatch

- *Safety & Compliance*: Follow all warehouse safety protocols, use PPE, and maintain a clean work area

- *Documentation*:



Maintain records of picked orders, loaded shipments, and daily dispatch logs

- *Team Coordination*: Work with supervisors, drivers, and other warehouse staff to meet daily targets

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

- *Education*: 10th pass / 12th pass preferred. Freshers can apply

- *Experience*: 0-2 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment preferred

- *Physical Ability*: Must be able to lift 20-25kg and stand for long hours

- *Skills*: Basic computer knowledge, barcode scanner handling, attention to detail, time management

- *Other*: Ability to work in shifts including night shift. Immediate joiners preferred
