About the RoleWe are looking for a female Sales Executive to join our Delhi team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, sales conversion, customer complaint handling, service coordination, and order follow-up.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to potential customers and dealers.
- Follow up on incoming leads and convert them into sales.
- Handle the complete sales closure process, from enquiry to order confirmation.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and dealers.
- Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the service/technical team for customer support.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding stock availability, order processing and dispatches.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments and deliveries.
- Maintain daily call,



lead and sales reports.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM/Excel.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate internally with sales, warehouse, service and accounts teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.
- Candidate ProfileFemale candidate preferred.
- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer support or sales coordination preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and email.
- Target-oriented and responsible.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
