- Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.

- Manage appointments and walk-in customers.

- Handle billing, cash, and digital payments.

- Maintain client records and daily reports.

- Keep the reception area organized and presentable.

- Coordinate with therapists and management for smooth operations.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an advantage).

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries.

- Explain spa services, offers, and memberships to clients.

- Maintain customer records and daily call reports.

- Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement.
