Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and service requests.
- Coordinate with technicians and field teams.
- Ensure timely service scheduling and follow-ups.
- Maintain service records and daily MIS.
- Provide basic support for solar panels and inverters.
- Escalate unresolved issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualification & Skills
- Graduate/Diploma; Electrical/Electronics preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic solar/technical knowledge.
- MS Excel, Email, and CRM knowledge.
- Valuable coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
