We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to sell our residential open plots, DTCP plots and farmhouse-related projects in the Sadasivpet–Kamkole growth corridor.
This is a field sales role, not a telecalling-only position. The candidate will handle leads, understand customer requirements, conduct site visits, present the project, follow up with prospects and convert qualified customers into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads generated through Google, Meta, property portals and other marketing channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their budget and requirements.
- Explain project location, connectivity, approvals, plot sizes, pricing and amenities.
- Schedule and conduct customer site visits.
- Build trust and maintain relationships with prospective buyers.
- Follow up consistently with customers after site visits.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Negotiate within company-approved pricing and payment terms.
- Convert qualified prospects into bookings.
- Maintain daily lead, follow-up and site-visit records.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management team to improve lead conversion.
Who We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, real estate, banking, insurance, automobiles, education or other high-value products preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Telugu communication is essential; Hindi and English are an advantage.
- Strong communication, convincing ability and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable travelling to project sites around Sadasivpet/Kamkole.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willing to work on weekends when required for customer site visits.
- A valid two-wheeler/driving licence is an advantage.
