Salary & Benefits: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience) + TA & DA as per company norms

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced, result-oriented, and highly execution-focused Operations Head to lead and manage the end-to-end operational activities of the organization. The candidate will be directly responsible for driving rigorous operational execution across project implementation, installation management, dispatch coordination, logistics, inventory, vendor management, execution cost control, financial profitability analysis, and customer satisfaction assurance. This role demands strong operational leadership paired with technical expertise in Audio Visual Products, Digital Displays, LED Screens, Copier Solutions, and Office Automation systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Mandatory Operational Execution: Drive complete, end-to-end execution of projects, field operations, and technical installations within strict delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.

· Execution Cost Control: Monitor, manage, and optimize operational expenditure, project execution budgets, site resource deployment, and overheads to maximize cost efficiency.

· Coordination & Execution Dispatch: Direct material dispatches, logistics workflows, transit tracking, and synchronized field-engineer deployment for frictionless site delivery and commissioning.

· Profitability Analysis: Conduct post-execution profitability analysis, tracking gross margins, labor costs,



and variance reports per project to ensure optimal operational financial health.

· Customer Satisfaction Confirmation: Establish post-installation sign-off protocols, conduct client satisfaction feedback checks, ensure full compliance with SLAs, and manage service escalations.

· Comprehensive Operations Management: Supervise operational delivery across Audio Visual, Digital Display, LED Screen, Copier, and Office Automation solution divisions.

· Vendor & OEM Coordination: Coordinate strategic partnerships with OEMs, suppliers, sub-contractors, and logistics providers to maintain seamless service support.

· Service & AMC Operations: Lead service operations including complaint handling, AMC maintenance support, and rapid turnaround issue resolution.

· Warehouse & Inventory Control: Oversee warehouse material flow, stock accuracy, asset movement, and inventory management control.

· Cross-Functional Strategy: Partner closely with Sales, Accounts, and Management teams for smooth order-to-cash workflows, process improvements, and MIS reporting.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

· Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, IT, Management, or related field.

· Experience: 7–10 years of proven hands-on experience in Operations Management with strong operational execution expertise.

· Industry Background: Audio Visual (AV) Solutions, Commercial Display, LED Display, Copier/Printer, Office Automation, or System Integration industries.

· Proven track record in controlling execution, handling installations, project coordination, technical service operations, and client relationship delivery.
