- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor all civil construction and development activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and required standards.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, labourers, vendors, and subcontractors on site.
- Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed within the assigned timeline.
- Take measurements of completed work and verify contractor work before reporting to management.
- Identify and report any construction issues, delays, defects, or deviations immediately.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the company.
- Take regular photographs/videos of site progress and share updates with management.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other consultants whenever required.
- Check levels, dimensions, alignment, excavation, foundations, roads, drainage, boundary works, and other civil works as required.
- Ensure that any instructions given by the company are properly implemented at the site.
