We are hiring an experienced Production Manager who can manage the complete manufacturing process of Sarees, Kurta Sets and Lehenga Choli. The candidate will be responsible for taking an approved design from fabric sourcing and sampling to Jacquard, embroidery, digital printing, stitching, finishing, quality checking and the final dispatch-ready product.
Responsibilities
Manage each design from sampling to final finished production.
Arrange the correct fabric, trims and required raw materials.
Plan and handle Jacquard, Embroidery and Digital Print Machine production.
Coordinate with designers, machine operators, job workers, stitching and finishing teams.
Check design, colour, fabric, embroidery and print accuracy at every stage.
Ensure finished products are completed correctly and on time.
Maintain production and stock records on the computer.
Manage daily production targets.
