? Role Objective

To connect with customers over phone, explain recovery process clearly, and ensure disciplined collections with professionalism.

?️ Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending dues.

* Persuade and motivate customers to transparent balances within timelines.

* Maintain accurate call records and update Excel/CRM sheets.

* Follow structured scripts and branded punchlines of Sush Enterprises.

* Achieve daily/weekly call and recovery targets.

* Handle objections with patience and firm accountability.

* Support team unity by participating in incentive programs and motivational drives.

? Candidate Profile

* Education:



Minimum Intermediate/Graduation.

* Languages: Telugu mandatory;Hindhi/English preferred.

* Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

* Attitude: Energetic, disciplined, and target-oriented.

* Experience: Freshers welcome; prior collections/telecalling experience is an advantage.
