Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and hardworking Supervisor to manage day-to-day home healthcare operations, coordinate with caregivers and nurses, and ensure smooth service delivery to patients.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate caregivers, nurses, and field staff.
- Monitor daily attendance, duty schedules, and staff availability.
- Coordinate staff deployment based on patient requirements.
- Visit patients and ensure proper service delivery.
- Handle staff and patient-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with the HR and Operations teams regarding staff requirements.
- Monitor staff performance and discipline.
- Maintain daily reports, attendance records, and service-related documentation.
- Communicate with patients and their family members professionally.
- Handle emergency staffing requirements and replacement arrangements.
- Conduct regular field visits as required.
- Ensure company policies and service standards are followed.
- EligibilityAny Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in supervision, home healthcare, hospital, nursing, manpower, or field operations is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate a team.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
