Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for building strong corporate relationships within the assigned zone. This is a field-based role requiring office visits to potential clients and tying up companies with our consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit offices in the assigned zone to generate recent business opportunities.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers to establish partnerships with Nexa Core HR Pvt. Ltd.
- Promote consultancy services and explain value propositions to prospective clients.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing/HR preferred).
- 0–1 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / HR Consultancy.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned zone (field job).
