? Key Responsibilities:

? Welcome guests, customers, and visitors in a polite and skilled manner.

?️ Manage day-to-day front desk and reception activities.





? Handle guest registration and maintain accurate visitor records.

? Attend incoming calls, respond to basic enquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.

? Communicate with guests and customers professionally and provide necessary assistance.

? Maintain positive relationships with guests and ensure a pleasant front-desk experience.

? Perform basic computer and data-entry tasks related to reception operations.

? Maintain visitor records, documents, and other required information.

? Coordinate with internal teams regarding guest requirements and requests.

? Handle customer queries and assist in resolving basic concerns.

? Ensure the reception area remains organized, welcoming, and professional.

? Perform other front-office and administrative duties as assigned by management.

? Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month, as per skill & experience
