Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls from the provided database.
- Explain ongoing residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.
