- Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples such as blood, urine, and other specimens.
- Perform routine laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Follow proper quality control, safety, and infection-control procedures.
- Record and maintain accurate laboratory test results and reports.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of specimens.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff regarding laboratory requirements.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and ensure adequate stock of reagents and consumables.
- Follow hospital policies and laboratory protocols.
- QualificationDMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification.
- Valid registration/certification as applicable.
