Outbound Calling:
- Have Conversation with potential clients (farmers, agro-businesses, etc.) to promote agrochemical products.
- Educate customers on the perks and features of our products, and how they can help improve their agricultural practices.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with our products and services.
Lead Generation & Follow-up:
- Actively generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects to close sales.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to better position Joshi Agrochem’s products in the market.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and product demand.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and promotional campaigns
