Key Responsibilities

- Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms according to Ethereal Dune’s premium boutique-hotel standards.
- Make beds neatly using approved linen, ensuring a polished and inviting appearance.
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, fittings, and floors.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all room surfaces, furniture, décor, switches, handles, and high-touch areas.
- Replenish towels, toiletries, drinking water, tissue, and other in-room guest amenities.
- Check rooms for stains, damage, maintenance concerns, missing items, or signs of wear; promptly report issues to management.
- Maintain the boho-themed décor carefully, ensuring furnishings and styling remain clean, attractive, and properly arranged.
- Clean and maintain common areas,



including reception, corridors, lounge spaces, stairways, and outdoor guest areas as assigned.
- Manage used linen, towels, and laundry responsibly; sort, count, store, and report shortages when needed.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and chemical-handling procedures.
- Respect guest privacy, hotel property, and confidential information at all times.
- Assist with early check-ins, late check-outs, room inspections, and special cleaning requirements when required.
- Work closely with the hotel team to ensure rooms are ready on time and guests receive a seamless experience.
