We are looking for a site foreman to directly manage and guide the daily work of laborers on site, making sure tasks are completed properly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily work carried out by laborers on site
- Assign and guide laborers on their daily tasks, as instructed by the site engineer/supervisor
- Make sure labor work is completed on time and meets expected quality
- Monitor labor attendance and discipline on site through the day
- Report any issues with labor performance or work progress to the site supervisor
- Ensure laborers follow basic safety practices at all times on site
Requirements
- Prior experience as a foreman or labor in-charge on construction sites
- Robust hands-on knowledge of everyday construction work
- Ability to manage and coordinate groups of laborers
- Fluent in Hindi

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां
- साइट पर मज़दूर जो काम कर रहे हैं, उस पर रोज़ नज़र रखना
- साइट इंजीनियर/सुपरवाइज़र जो बताएं, उसके हिसाब से मज़दूरों को काम बांटना और समझाना
- देखना कि मज़दूरों का काम समय पर और अच्छी क्वालिटी में हो
- दिनभर मज़दूरों की हाज़िरी और अनुशासन पर नज़र रखना
- मज़दूरों के काम में कोई दिक्कत हो तो सुपरवाइज़र को बताना
- देखना कि मज़दूर हमेशा बेसिक सेफ्टी का ध्यान रखें
आवश्यक योग्यता
- पहले किसी साइट पर फोरमैन या लेबर इंचार्ज का काम किया हो
- रोज़मर्रा के कंस्ट्रक्शन काम की अच्छी प्रैक्टिकल जानकारी हो
- मज़दूरों के ग्रुप को संभालने और मैनेज करने की क्षमता हो
- हिंदी अच्छे से बोलनी आती हो
