Position: Full-Time Optometrist

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests.
- Perform accurate refraction and prescribe suitable lenses.
- Explain prescriptions, lens options, coatings and products to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on their needs and budget.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Support sales and achieve monthly store sales targets.
- Convert walk-in customers into successful eyewear purchases through professional product recommendations.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups and after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate customer and prescription records.
- Ensure the optical store is clean, organized and professionally presented.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.





Candidate Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Optometry.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-ly and confident personality.
- Strong interest in retail sales and customer conversion.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior optical retail experience will be an advantage.
