HR Intern – Hiring for Mobile Retail, Buyback & Store Roles
? [Gurugram] ? Stipend: ₹[10,000-15,000]/month ? Full time Internship | [3months]
Role: Call & hire candidates for Mobile Technician, Store Manager, Retail Buyback Head, and Store Staff roles, basically Retail Profiles
You'll do:
- Call candidates daily, screen & shortlist
- Source candidates (not just wait for applications)
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Basic Excel/tracker updates
- Atleast can close 10 positions in a month
Must have:
- Fluent in Hindi & English
- Comfortable with high call volumes
- Fast learner, smart & proactive
