We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Solar Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, meet potential customers, explain solar solutions, and convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through field visits, references, calls, and other sources.
* Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their requirements.
* Explain solar products, systems, benefits, pricing, and return on investment to customers.
* Prepare and present quotations and proposals to potential customers.
* Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into sales.
* Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
* Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
* Monitor market trends,
competitors, and customer requirements.
* Collect necessary documents and information from customers for further processing.
* Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Solid convincing and customer-handling abilities.
* Willingness to travel for field visits.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Basic knowledge of solar energy and rooftop solar systems is an advantage.
* Must have two Wheeler with Valid driving licence.
Performance Expectations
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regular follow-ups.
* Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
* Ensure professional customer service throughout the sales process.
