Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and voice support

Provide WhatsApp/ Chat / Non-Voice support

Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally

Manage day-to-day client communication and follow-ups

Maintain customer records and back-office data

Handle emails, messages and support requests

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues

Track pending queries and ensure timely closure

Prepare basic daily reports and maintain records

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
