About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our café team in Rohtak. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of coffee, beverages, presentation and café operations, and should be able to consistently prepare high-quality drinks while maintaining hygiene and service standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee and other hot/cold beverages.
- Operate and maintain the commercial coffee machine and grinder.
- Prepare espresso-based beverages such as:
- Espresso
- Americano
- Cappuccino
- Latte
- Mocha
- Cold Coffee
- Prepare mocktails, shakes, iced beverages and other drinks as per the café menu.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quantity and presentation.
- Follow standard recipes and portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment.
- Properly clean and maintain the coffee machine, grinder and other bar equipment.
- Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, garnishes and other beverage ingredients.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth order execution.
- Handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Requirements1–2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar café/beverage role.
- Good understanding of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
- Hands-on experience operating a commercial coffee machine.
- Knowledge of mocktails, shakes and cold beverages.
- Good presentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently during rush hours.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Should be punctual, responsible and well-groomed.
- What We OfferSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month, depending on experience and skills.
