- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.
- Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment.
- Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
- Handle customers professionally and communicate payment-related information clearly.
- Achieve daily/monthly collection and calling targets.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with telecalling and customer follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/English; other languages will be an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Working Type: Full time
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month
