We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate female Staff Nurse with hands-on experience in an IVF / Fertility Clinic & OT setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient care during fertility treatments, assisting gynaecologists/embryologists during procedures (OPU, ET, IUI), medication administration, and patient counselling.
1. Clinical & Procedure AssistanceAssist the fertility specialist during IUI, OPU (Ovum Pick-Up), ET (Embryo Transfer), and Diagnostic Hysteroscopy.
- Prepare and maintain the IVF Operation Theatre (OT) ensuring strict aseptic protocols and sterile conditions.
- Handle pre-op preparation and post-op recovery care for patients undergoing egg retrieval and embryo transfer.
and trigger injections strictly according to doctor protocols and accurate timings.
- Educate and guide patients on self-administration of injections when required.
- Maintain accurate inventory, cold-chain storage, and tracking of specialized IVF medications and consumables.
3. Patient Care & CoordinationGuide and counsel couples through treatment cycles, scan schedules, and medication compliance with empathy.
- Collect and handle blood samples for hormonal assays
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient files, consent forms, and treatment cycle sheets in accordance with ART guidelines.
