Role Description This is a full time, on-site Optometrist role based in Lucknow. The Optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction, ocular health assessments, and contact lens evaluations, using appropriate diagnostic equipment and techniques. Responsibilities include prescribing corrective lenses, advising customers on suitable frames and contact lenses, and ensuring accurate dispensing in collaboration with the store team. The Optometrist will maintain detailed patient records, follow clinical and safety protocols, and provide clear guidance on eye care, preventive measures, and follow-up visits.



The role also involves supporting store operations through quality customer interactions, participating in promotional activities, and contributing to a high standard of service and professionalism.
Qualifications

- Professional optometry skills, including refraction, eye health assessment, contact lens fitting, and prescription of corrective lenses.
- Strong patient interaction and customer service abilities, with clear communication and counseling on eye care and eyewear choices.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic instruments and maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with store teams in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Recognized degree or diploma in Optometry from an accredited institution; valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Prior experience in retail eye care or optical practices is an advantage; familiarity with technology-enabled systems and digital tools is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow, including weekends or peak business hours as needed, while adhering to professional and ethical standards.
