- Experience of business process re-engineering
- Experience in scoping projects and successfully managing client expectations and requirements.
- Experience with process design, including e.g conducting workshops, interviews, process documentation.
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities ambiguity and rapid change.
- Previous experience in managing several project initiatives simultaneously.
Qualification
- Candidate must be postgraduate in Commerce/Eco/Management/Policy or MBA/PGDBM
- Solid MS Office Skills – Excel, Word, Power point, MS Team, Power BI.
