The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, people management abilities, and a systematic approach to HR processes.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringSource candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Employee OnboardingConduct joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and files.
- Facilitate induction and orientation programs.
- Attendance & HR OperationsMonitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Maintain HRMIS/CRM data and employee databases.
- Coordinate with branch managers regarding staffing requirements.
- Track employee performance and probation reviews.
- Employee RelationsAddress employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote positive workplace culture and discipline.
- Support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Compliance & DocumentationMaintain employee documentation and HR records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and management updates.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust recruitment and interviewing skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred)
- 1–3 years of HR/Recruitment experience
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply
