About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled, proactive and result-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Growth professional to take complete ownership of our online business.

This is not just a social media or website job. We need someone who can independently manage, improve and grow our complete digital ecosystem — from website development and e-commerce operations to social media, marketplaces, SEO, content and online sales.

The ideal candidate should have the knowledge and ability to do more than what is listed below, identify opportunities themselves and continuously improve our online presence and revenue.

Key Responsibilities? Website & Development

- Manage and continuously improve our website and e-commerce store.
- Handle WordPress / WooCommerce and website backend.
- Add and update products, pricing, images, descriptions, variations and inventory.
- Improve website design, user experience, speed and mobile experience.
- Create landing pages, banners, offers and promotional sections.
- Fix website issues and coordinate with developers when advanced development is required.
- Implement new features to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Monitor website analytics, traffic, conversion rate and sales.

? E-Commerce & Online Sales

- Take complete responsibility for online sales and e-commerce operations.
- Manage sales through our website and third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra and other relevant platforms.
- Explore and onboard new marketplaces and online selling channels.
- Manage product listings, catalogue, pricing, inventory, orders, returns and customer queries.
- Improve product rankings, visibility and conversion on marketplaces.
- Develop strategies to increase online revenue.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, products and market trends.
- Identify new opportunities to generate sales.





? Social Media Management

Manage and grow our presence across:

- Instagram
- Facebook
- Pinterest
- YouTube
- Google Business Profile
- Other relevant social platforms

Responsibilities include:

- Content planning and publishing.
- Reels, posts, stories, videos and product content.
- Content calendars and campaigns.
- Community management and customer replies.
- Increasing followers, engagement, reach and brand awareness.
- Converting social media traffic into actual enquiries and sales.
- Identifying trends and creating content around them.

? SEO & Digital Marketing

- Manage on-page and technical SEO.
- Keyword research and product/category SEO.
- Improve Google rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Improve product discoverability through search.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns.
- Analyse traffic, customer behaviour and sales data.
- Identify what is working and continuously optimise performance.

? Content & Brand Growth

- Coordinate product photography, videos and creative content.
- Create or guide content suitable for a premium/luxury footwear and leather brand.
- Write product titles, descriptions, captions and marketing copy.
- Maintain consistent brand presentation across all digital channels.
- Develop campaigns to promote new products, collections and offers.

- Think creatively and commercially.
- Find problems and solve them independently.

ImportantWe are NOT looking for someone who only knows how to upload posts.

We need a person who can become the core person responsible for our digital business and help take our online presence and sales to the next level.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000+ per month, depending on experience and capability.

Higher salary can be considered for an exceptional candidate.
