Shift Timings : 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to existing Hathway Broadband customers who are currently inactive or have not recharged.

Understand and identify the reason for service non-usage (technical issues, customer dissatisfaction, relocation, etc.).

Provide basic troubleshooting guidance or escalate the issue to the concerned department if needed.

Record all customer interactions, feedback, and issues accurately in the CRM system.

Ensure high levels of professionalism and empathy in all customer communications.

Follow up on escalated cases as required to ensure customer concerns are addressed.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate

Valuable communication skills in kannada , English, Hindi, or other regional languages like Telegu, Tamil ].

Basic understanding of customer service and handling customer queries.

Familiarity with using CRM software is a plus.

Ability to work six days a week.
