We are looking for experienced and target-oriented ACA Outbound Voice Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers in the US market, understanding their healthcare insurance requirements, explaining ACA/health insurance plans, and assisting eligible customers with the enrollment process.
1.Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in the US market.
- Explain Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance plans, advantages, coverage options, and eligibility requirements.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable plans based on their needs.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and probing.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM.
- Follow campaign guidelines, compliance requirements, and company policies.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain high standards of call quality, customer service, and professionalism.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the enrollment process.
2.Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ACA / Health Insurance / US Outbound Voice Process.
- Candidates with experience in ACA, Obamacare, Health Insurance, or US insurance sales will be preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and maintain call quality standards.
