- Maintain accurate stock register (inward/outward entries) for fertilizers and pesticides
- Ensure FIFO/batch-wise stock rotation to avoid expiry losses
- Supervise loading/unloading of goods and coordinate with transporters
- Verify quantity and quality of incoming stock against purchase orders/invoices
- Ensure proper storage as per safety norms (segregation of chemicals, ventilation, no leakage/damage)
- Coordinate with sales team for timely dispatch of orders
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of godown
- Ensure labour/helpers under supervision follow safety and handling protocols
- Basic documentation: gate passes, delivery challans, stock reports
