Location: Little Millennium - Amruthahalli, Sahakarnagar & Ananthpura branches in Bengaluru
Job Summary:
Little Millennium Pre School is seeking a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will support early childhood development through creative teaching methods, structured activities, and positive guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Use creative teaching techniques such as storytelling, music, art, and play-based learning
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents
- Maintain classroom discipline in a positive and constructive manner
- Collaborate with other staff and participate in school events
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the classroom
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate with Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Prior experience working with preschool children is an advantage
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus
