Job Summary :

The Ground Mount Solar Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of ground-mounted solar power projects within timeline, budget, and quality standards. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage complete execution of ground-mounted solar projects from initiation to commissioning.
- Prepare project schedules, planning, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams at project sites.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work completion as per project timeline.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Handle contractor management, vendor coordination, and material planning.
- Monitor project quality and resolve technical/site issues.
- Conduct site inspections and progress reviews regularly.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.
- Coordinate with government authorities, clients,



and consultants when required.
- Ensure proper project documentation and handover process.
- Visit project locations regularly for inspection, progress review, and issue resolution.
- Travel across India for ongoing and upcoming solar project sites.
- Maintain daily/weekly field work and progress reports for management.
- Supervise field activities and monitor project execution at site locations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and local teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of ground mount solar project execution.
- Knowledge of civil, electrical, and structural work related to solar plants.
- Project planning and team management skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple project sites.
- Familiarity with MS Office and project reporting tools.
