Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of a retail pharmacy store. The Store In-Charge will be responsible for store performance, team management, inventory control, customer service, compliance, and ensuring smooth store operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store as per company procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate the store team and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Monitor sales, achieve store targets, and support business growth.
- Ensure medicines and other products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, expiry, damages, and shortages.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support stock audits.
- Ensure proper billing and accurate handling of cash and transactions.
- Maintain proper store records and operational documents.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy, drug, and company regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, discipline, and professional standards in the store.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager and HR regarding staff-related matters.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
- Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new store employees when required.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.




- Coordinate with the warehouse/supply team for timely stock replenishment.
- Prepare and submit required reports to the reporting manager.
- Take responsibility for overall store performance and operational efficiency.
- EligibilityD.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm or relevant qualification preferred.
- Valid Pharmacy Council registration is preferred/mandatory where applicable.
- Previous experience in retail pharmacy, store operations, or team supervision preferred.
- Candidates with strong retail management experience may also be considered.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to manage a team and handle store responsibilities independently.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
