About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and technically solid Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for architectural design, working drawings, coordination with consultants and site teams, and ensuring that projects are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop concepts and design proposals as per project requirements.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Visit project sites and coordinate with site engineers and contractors.
- Check site execution against approved architectural drawings.
- Prepare material, finish, and detail specifications.
- Assist in preparing BOQs and quantity estimates when required.
